01 · EXPERIMENTAL TERMS
- Soodchin is experimental beta software. Access is granted manually and can be paused or revoked at any time.
- Paper first. Test everything in paper mode before connecting a funded account.
- One account per trader. Duplicate or shared accounts may be removed without notice.
- Test tries (30 per account), training slots, and rate limits exist to keep the service fair — abuse voids access.
- Features, pricing, and availability change during beta; paid tiers activate only after published validation.
02 · PRIVACY
- We store the minimum to run the service: name, handle, email, password hash (bcrypt, never plaintext), channel link, requests, trades, and logs.
- Channel histories you submit are used only to train your model instance.
- We never sell data. Transactional email is the only mail we send — no marketing lists.
- Static demo mode keeps data in your own browser (localStorage) — clearing site data erases it.
- Contact support to export or delete your account data at any time.
03 · RISK WARNING
Trading forex, metals, indices and crypto CFDs carries substantial risk of loss, including loss exceeding deposits with leverage. Nothing on this site — signals, models, backtests, or forward-tests — is financial advice or a promise of profit. Channel training improves parsing accuracy; it does not predict markets.
